Warranty Policy

"The Company offers a limited liability warranty of 12 months alternately as that offered by its principle on the products/systems supplied by it. Warranty shall cover all aspects of failure that may be attributable to manufacturing defects. Warranty in most cases for replacement/repair is offered on return to bench basis. The Company takes no responsibility for consequential damages/losses incurred by anyone on account of issues arising out of malfunctioning or repair of a product supplied with or without warning.

The customer shall for the purpose of efficient functioning of the systems supplied shall enter into a maintenance program offered by us to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the system.

Attempt to repair through untrained, or any other unauthorised persons of our systems shall leave the warranty of the system null & void.

All requests for service and maintenance must be routed through our service department to ensure competent personnel only are deployed to address the issue.
